"Parent Testimonial--- My daughter was disrespectful, was using drugs and I did not know her whereabouts during and after school. Integrity House was a blessing. They taught her about respect, integrity and responsibility. Their academics were fantastic and she graduated high school with a wonderful GPA. My daughter is now using her full potential. She learned a lot from the program. I do not have enough words to say how thankful I am to them. My daughter is now applying to New York University to study to become a Financial Engineer." 4/11/2012 (GG)
WHAT WE DO | INTEGRITY HOUSE
Integrity House Residential Treatment Center for Troubled Girls is located in Cedar City, Utah. Our student body is limited to a maximum of 29 girls. This allows us to maintain individualized attention to the girls and address their specific struggles. At our secured, Residential Treatment Center, the student’s activities are supervised and monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The average stay at our residential treatment center is 10 to12 months but varies depending on each resident’s needs and response to treatment. Our program is focused on Education, Individual Therapy, and life skills while utilizing a behavior modification system for tracking accountability and personal growth.

Our Residential Treatment Center's goal is to help your daughter find answers to her deeper issues, overcome the behavioral problems stemming from these issues while also being able to experience academic success and ultimately fulfilling nothing less than total restoration of the teen and her family.
Integrity House's, RTC program is meant to guide and equip, rather than to punish her for her bad behavior. We are known for our keen ability to help teen girls who are crying out emotionally and behaviorally. We eliminate the shame and guilt by providing unconditional love and support as each girl navigates through the treatment process. Some of our residents have fallen into the trap of self- medicating as a coping tool by use of alcohol and various legal and illegal drugs. Others struggle with ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, and serious emotional issues that create new problems. But regardless of the origins of her issues, there is still a precious girl inside - very likely an intelligent young woman - longing for assistance in embracing who she really is and not the one responding to her inner struggles.
Often when troubled girls struggle they are merely displaying symptoms related to deeper issues that may not be known or that they are unequipped to express. Through the therapeutic process designed in our program, the core issues can be discovered, uprooted and then infuse the teen with the tools necessary for a more productive future emotionally, relationally, personally, behaviorally and academically.
Integrity House Residential Treatment Center actually specializes in several areas of behavioral issues, one being the treatment of Reactive Attachment Disorder. When a child's exclusive and unique relationship with a primary care giver is disrupted, usually in infancy, there can be tremendous negative impact on the child's psychological stability thus causing oppositional and defiant attachment disorders such as RAD. PLEASE watch the video above "Marias Testimonial" to hear the testimony of one of our former, adopted students as she explains how she was able to learn coping skills and better understand reactive attachment disorder.
